To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and or required information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.

The jewelry you are returning must be in its original condition including the pouches you received them in without any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. In such case, we will not accept a return. There is no warranty on the color as far as how it will last, color changes, stones or tassels coming out. Our products are only considered fashion/costume wear and no return or exchanges will be considered on used item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
